Joseph Woods is a poet, writer and editor now based in Harare, Zimbabwe. He has published three award-winning collections of poetry, edited numerous anthologies and was director of Poetry Ireland from 2001-13. He lived in Yangon for almost three years in the lead up to recent elections and is currently working on a book tracing the life of Burmese chronicler and writer, Maurice Collis.
